Center Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Cordinator to lead and manage our skill development training centre under various government and CSR-funded schemes. The candidate will be responsible for overall operations including mobilization, training coordination, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize and counsel candidates for various skill training programs.
• Plan and coordinate training sessions as per SSC and scheme guidelines.
• Line up and manage qualified trainers for different job roles.
• Ensure smooth conduct of training, assessments, and placements.
• Manage trainee data and update progress on government portals (e.g., PMKVY, HSDM, DDU-GKY, etc.).
• Coordinate with scheme officials, ministry representatives, and CSR partners.
• Identify and set up training centres in compliance with scheme norms.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports as required by funding agencies.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Preference: Management / Social Work / Education).
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in skill development or training sector.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and government portal operations.
• Leadership qualities and ability to handle field mobilization teams.
• Computer proficiency & emails etc handling

Salary: As per industry norms and experience.
