🔹 Key Responsibilities

Celebrity & Stylist Outreach

• Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrity managers, stylists, talent management agencies, and showrooms
• Pitch client brands for celebrity fittings, red carpet looks, airport looks, events, promotions and personal appearances
• Maintain an active roster of stylists, talent managers, and celebrity team contacts

Sourcing & Placement

• Identify relevant celebrities for each brand, collection and brief
• Coordinate fittings, approvals, product movement and logistics (send-outs, returns, follow-ups)
• Ensure smooth placement for jewellery, apparel and accessories across shoots, events, travel, festivals, and press appearances
• Negotiate deliverables, budgets and usage rights where required

Campaign & Deliverables Tracking

• Maintain tracking sheets for all celebrity placements, mentions, sightings, credits and media pickups
• Coordinate with the internal PR & influencer team to ensure alignment with brand calendars
• Share weekly status reports with clients and internal teams

Relationship Management

• Be the key point of contact for all celebrity & stylist queries
• Build long-term goodwill through seamless coordination, professional communication and timely follow-ups
• Attend fittings, shoots and events (as needed) to represent client brands

Strategy & Research

• Research upcoming movies, events, shows, celebrity travel plans, wedding seasons and press tours
• Recommend relevant opportunities to clients based on market trends
• Assist the strategy team with creating decks for placements & styling opportunities

🔹 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in celebrity sourcing, styling assistance, talent management or fashion PR
• Strong network within the Mumbai/Bollywood stylist & talent ecosystem
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple brands and tight timelines
• Passion for fashion, jewellery and celebrity culture
• Comfortable with WhatsApp-heavy coordination + travel for fittings/events when required
