Job Description

  • Food Preparation & Presentation: Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, adhering to recipes and quality standards. This includes ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish of food.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of junior kitchen staff, including training and guidance on South Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality and presentation of South Indian dishes.
  • Collaboration: Work with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Cost Control: Contribute to cost control efforts within the South Indian section.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and other kitchen staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
