Job Summary:

CDP Realtime Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement
real-time data flows
and integrations within a
Customer Data Platform (CDP)
environment.
Configure and manage CDP tools (such as
Salesforce CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Twilio Segment, or Tealium
) for real-time audience activation.
Develop
data ingestion pipelines
to process streaming data from various digital and offline sources.
Work with
APIs, SDKs, and event streaming tools
(e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub, or Kinesis) to capture and route customer events in real time.
Build and maintain
identity resolution, audience segmentation
, and
profile unification
workflows.
Collaborate with data engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to enable
personalized experiences
and
campaign targeting
.
Ensure
data quality, governance, and compliance
with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Troubleshoot integration and data latency issues and optimize real-time data processing.
Document architecture, data flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
