Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CDP-Continental at Fazlani Nature's Nest Wellness Centre in Mawal, Pune. The CDP-Continental will be responsible for preparing and cooking continental cuisine, ensuring the highest standards of culinary quality and presentation. Tasks include menu planning, ingredient selection, food preparation, cooking, and plating. The role also involves maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing inventory, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in preparing and cooking continental cuisine
• Strong knowledge of menu planning and ingredient selection
• Skills in food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Expertise in maintaining kitchen hygiene and managing inventory
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Degree or certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
• Passion for culinary excellence and innovation
