Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all catering activities for events, functions, or daily operations.
Ensure timely setup and breakdown of catering areas, including food stations, buffets, and dining areas.
Supervise and guide catering staff, assign duties, and monitor their performance during service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages.
Act as the main point of contact for clients before and during events, addressing concerns and special requests.
Monitor inventory of catering supplies and coordinate with the store/purchase team for timely replenishment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Assist in training new catering staff and maintaining SOPs for service operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹42,486.54 per month
