Job Description

Key Responsibilities Installation & Setup: Conducting site surveys to determine the best placement for cameras. Mounting cameras and running necessary cables for power and data. Setting up recording devices (DVRs/NVRs) and connecting monitors. Configuring hardware and software to meet client requirements. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly. Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in camera systems. Troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cameras, cabling, DVRs, NVRs, and basic IT networking principles. Diagnostic Skills: Ability to accurately diagnose and resolve technical faults in CCTV systems. Physical Demands: Capacity to perform physical tasks, often outdoors, including running cables through walls and ceilings. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to identify and address security risks and system vulnerabilities. Communication: Effective communication skills to explain technical information to clients and collaborate with team members. Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail when it comes to wiring, cabling, and ensuring proper system functionality. Adaptability: Staying updated with advancements in CCTV technology and security trends.
