Job Role: We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Surveillance Executive to monitor security camera feeds in real-time and ensure the safety and security of our premises. The role requires quick response, strong observational skills, and accurate reporting of any unusual or suspicious activities.

Job details:

• Job position: CCTV Surveillance Executive
• Qualification: +2, Diploma, Graduation
• Male Candidates preferred
• Job Location: IT park Chandigarh
• Salary Package: 20k CTC per month
• Shift: Rotational (24x7), Full-time job, (Permanent)
• Work from Office, 6 Days working
• The cab facility is available for drop-off only.
• Only Local Candidates preferred from Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula)
• Immediate Joiners preferred

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and high vigilance levels.
• Ability to remain focused during long monitoring hours.
• Good communication skills for reporting and escalation.
• Prior experience in CCTV monitoring/security surveillance is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems and security cameras on a 24/7 rotational basis.
• Identify, document, and escalate suspicious, illegal, or unusual activities.
• Record evidence and prepare reports to assist in investigations when required.
• Proactively analyze monitored areas for potential risks and suggest preventive measures.
• Maintain logs, daily reports, and escalation records using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the security team and management for immediate response when incidents occur.
