Job Summary: The CCTV Surveillance Executive will be responsible for monitoring all hospital surveillance systems to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operations within the premises. The role involves constant observation of CCTV feeds, identifying any suspicious activities or operational issues, and providing daily reports to management. Key Responsibilities: Monitor all CCTV cameras across hospital premises in real-time to ensure security and compliance. Identify and report any unusual activities, security breaches, or operational concerns immediately. Maintain proper log records of daily monitoring activities and incidents. Prepare and submit daily surveillance reports to the management. Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for quick response to any technical or safety issues. Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly and report any technical faults. Assist in retrieving and reviewing footage when required by management or for investigations. Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance footage and related information. Support hospital administration during emergency situations by providing surveillance updates. Adhere to hospital policies and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
