Key Responsibilities: • Server Management: o Administer and maintain Windows Server 2012 and 2016 environments. o Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies. • User Support & Workstation Setup: o Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. o Provide support for Outlook configuration and troubleshooting. o Assist end-users with technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and software. • Microsoft 365: o Perform basic administrative tasks in Microsoft 365, such as user account creation, license assignment, and password resets. o Provide basic support for Exchange Online and Teams. • Security & Antivirus Management: o Install, configure, and monitor antivirus software to ensure systems are protected and up to date. o Respond to security alerts and manage endpoint protection. • IT Infrastructure & Devices: o Install and support CCTV systems and perform regular maintenance. o Manage and troubleshoot electronic door access systems. o Coordinate with vendors for support and maintenance as required. • Documentation & Inventory: o Maintain records of IT assets and software licenses. o Document support activities, configurations, and system changes.
