Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst capacity, demonstrating leadership in delivering successful IT/Product solutions from a functional perspective.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex business problem-solving, with a strong ability to break down ambiguous, multi-faceted business challenges into actionable, structured functional solutions.
  • Proven understanding and hands-on experience with the end-to-end product development lifecycle from a functional standpoint, including strategic planning, user experience definition, functional design, testing, and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Miro) and deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Waterfall is a plus.
  • Expertise in business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirements management tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or SAFe PO/PM are highly valued.
  • BABOK, CBAP or similar framework/certification would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in mentoring junior BAs or leading small BA teams is essential.
  • Domain-specific experience (e.g., FinTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, Supply Chain) relevant to our industry is a significant advantage.
