We are a fast-growing startup in the hostel and co-living sector, currently managing 2,500 operational beds and on track to expand to 4,000 beds by December 2025. Our mission is to provide safe, comfortable, and community-driven living spaces for students and working professionals, supported by world-class hospitality and dining services.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking Catering Assistants to strengthen our Hostel Operations team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow with a dynamic, high-growth organization.

Role Overview

The Catering Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth dining operations across hostels, supporting both residents and the kitchen team. The role requires attention to detail, high service standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food preparation, service, and meal distribution.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of dining halls and kitchen areas.
• Support catering staff in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly.
• Follow strict food hygiene, safety, and company compliance standards.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to residents, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with hostel operations staff to maintain service excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in catering, hospitality, or hostel operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or peak service times.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols (training will be provided if required).
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
