Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a female candidate who can do these tasks-

1. Efficiently manage the deployment of in-office workers to best suit their skills and job requirements.
2. Conduct welcome briefings for new workers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.3. Manage end-to-end worker grievances and ensure a high level of worker satisfaction.4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as worker retention and worker referral rates, maintaining them at an all-time high.5. Provide daily updates to higher management with clarity and accuracy.6. Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor, fostering a happy and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Years of experience in category management, procurement, or operations, preferably within manpower management or hospitality industry.3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.5. Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements within a category management role.6. Familiarity with supply chain management principles and best practices.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
