Role Overview

Catalogue Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings on the platform.
• Ensure product data (names, descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs) is consistent and compliant with company standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacy partners and internal teams to collect, validate, and upload product information.
• Regularly audit the catalogue for errors, missing information, or outdated entries.
• Optimize product descriptions and categorization for better discoverability.
• Monitor competitor catalogues and suggest improvements.
• Work with tech and operations teams to improve catalogue management processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Life Sciences).
• Prior experience in catalogue management or e-commerce operations (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and ability to handle bulk data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
