The Catalogue Associate is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product listings for food and grocery items.
This includes entering all product details, uploading correct images, and ensuring everything follows category and image guidelines.
They regularly check the catalog for errors in names, pictures, or barcodes and work with vendors and the inventory team to keep product information up to date.
The role also involves creating combo products, special offers, and generating barcodes.
The Catalogue Associate collaborates with teams like Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business, Tech, and Customer Support to improve catalog processes and tools.
They also train new team members on cataloging standards and use Excel and other tools (like Rambo, S3 Browser, WebP Converter, and Periscope) for data management and reporting.
