Job Description

As a Catalogue Associate at Clinikally, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the consumer health platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the marketplace and managing both existing and new product categories. - Writing unique and compelling product descriptions following in-house training. - Activating and listing products on various online marketplaces. - Ensuring all products are listed and optimized to the highest standards for SEO and consumer information. - Learning existing tools and services to develop innovative processes for improving sales. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including tech, brand marketing, operations, and logistics. - Managing cataloguing issues efficiently to maintain a seamless process. In order to excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in D. Pharma or B. Pharma. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills. - A passion for sales, innovation, automation, and operational excellence. - Proficiency in computers and technology, with Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills being a plus. - Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English. - Interest in e-Commerce, e-pharmacy, and online business. - Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders.
