Catalogue Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Executive to oversee daily operations of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Shopify websites, processing customer orders, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. This role combines operations, website management, and customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who understands the full e-commerce cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process all customer orders through Shopify — from placement to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory on the Shopify website.
• Handle customer queries and complaints via email, chat, and calls in a professional manner.
• Monitor and resolve order discrepancies, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
• Ensure accurate tracking information and communicate proactively with customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to update website banners, offers, and collections.
• Generate order and sales reports for internal tracking and analysis.
• Identify and report any technical or order-related issues on the Shopify platform.
• Work closely with courier partners and maintain SLAs for customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Shopify store operations or e-commerce order management.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify Admin, product uploads, and order management features.
• Experience handling customer communication and resolving queries.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, shipping dashboards, and inventory sync tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for order tracking and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Shopify apps for order fulfillment, customer chat, and CRM.
• Understanding of Shopify analytics, returns, and discount management.
• Prior exposure to e-commerce logistics and after-sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
