Our product portfolio spans multiple categories, requiring efficient procurement strategies and vendor coordination. As we expand, we're looking for a driven fresher to join our procurement team and grow with us. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Assist in identifying and onboarding new suppliers and manufacturers. Coordinate with existing vendors for order placement and updates. Procurement Operations: Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products. Follow up on order confirmations, shipping, and invoicing. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing. Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory and warehouse team to ensure stock availability. Monitor stock levels and flag reorder requirements. Marketplace Coordination: Ensure product availability and timely restocking for online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Collaborate with catalog and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of products. Cost Optimization: Support price negotiations and cost-saving initiatives. Analyze vendor quotations and suggest viable options. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related fields. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
