Key Responsibilities: - Post financial transactions into the ERP system accurately and efficiently. - Maintain and analyze financial data with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance. - Stay updated with accounting trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Key Requirements: - Education: B.Com/M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter preferred. - Experience: 2-5 years in accounting & ERP systems. - Skills: - Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial processes. - Proficiency in Excel, Tally, SAP, or any ERP software. - Strong data-handling and analytical skills. - Ability to professionally coordinate with banks & business partners. - Curiosity about financial data and accounting best practices.
