As an Account Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your prior experience of 2 years in a similar sales role to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. - Building and maintaining strong rapport with both clients and colleagues to ensure successful sales outcomes. - Leveraging your organizational and project management skills to manage accounts and track leads using CRM software like Salesforce and HubSpot. - Employing your analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to achieve targets. - Developing innovative sales strategies with your strategic thinking ability to meet monthly or quarterly objectives. - Demonstrating effective time-management abilities in a dynamic business environment. - Being a team player and adapting to changing business needs, while also being willing to travel for client meetings and industry events. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrate excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. - Show proficiency with MS Office Suite. - Have knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided and health insurance. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with a yearly bonus. Candidates should be willing to commute or relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with an employer-provided relocation package if required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
