Job Title: Cashier – Luxury Jewellery (Diamond, Kundan & Jadau)

Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh – Rama Magnito Mall, Opp. Reliance Showroom
Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cashier for our luxury jewellery showroom at Rama Magnito Mall, Bilaspur. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of diamond, Kundan, and Jadau jewellery, with proven experience in handling billing and customer transactions in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all billing and cash/card/UPI transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Operate POS and billing software to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Verify product pricing, hallmark details, gold/diamond weights, and making charges before billing.
• Maintain accurate cash registers, daily sales reports, and payment records.
• Work closely with the sales and inventory teams for proper product and billing coordination.
• Ensure audit compliance and maintain confidentiality in all financial dealings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards in every interaction.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of diamond grading, Kundan, Polki, and Jadau jewellery.
• Hands-on experience with billing software (Tally, Jwell ERP, or equivalent).
• High accuracy in numerical work and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Professional, reliable, and ethical approach to work.

Qualification:

• Graduate or Diploma holder (Commerce background preferred).
• Prior experience in a reputed jewellery showroom is mandatory.
