Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and customer-friendly Cashier to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, understand customer requirements quickly, manage orders efficiently, and handle billing and cash transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer orders clearly and process them quickly and accurately.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently and maintain billing records.
Generate and provide bills/receipts to customers.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the manager when needed.
Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the POS system.
Assist in inventory updates related to billing items (if required).

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cashier in a café, restaurant, or food outlet.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and handle rush hours calmly.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with POS/billing systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
Pleasant personality and teamwork attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
