Job Title: Cashier

Location: Juhu and Nesco - Mumbai
Department: Food & Beverage / Restaurant Operations
Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager

Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for handling all customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service. The role involves managing billing operations, maintaining records, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and assist them with billing and payment queries.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and responsibly.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper cash register balance.
• Ensure all bills are correctly generated from the POS system.
• Reconcile daily sales and submit reports to the management or accounts team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen teams to ensure correct billing of orders.
• Handle customer queries or complaints regarding billing professionally.
• Follow company policies, cash handling procedures, and accounting standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,076.39 - ₹24,297.15 per month
