Job Description

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of accounting and cash handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or ERP preferred).
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Trustworthy, disciplined, and responsible.
Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in cashiering or accounting (preferably in automobile or heavy equipment dealership).

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily cash collections from sales, service, and parts departments.
Prepare cash receipts, deposit slips, and maintain the cash book on a daily basis.
Deposit daily collections into the bank and reconcile cash/bank balances.
Issue payments to vendors, employees, or petty cash requirements as per company policy.
Maintain records of cash inflow and outflow in coordination with the Accounts department.
Verify and record customer payments, receipts, and invoices.
Assist in preparation of daily and monthly cash reports for management.
Support in reconciliation of bank statements with accounting records.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
Safeguard company cash and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
