Cashier & Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 

  daily billing

   and ensure all cash/card transactions are accurate.
• Maintain and 

  update customer and sales records

   regularly.
• Monitor and 

  manage inventory

   levels to ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist customers with queries, bookings, and product recommendations.

• Drive sales

   through excellent service and proactive engagement.

Requirements

• Must be a 

  pet lover

   — empathy and comfort around animals is essential.
• Excellent 

  English communication skills

   (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy (billing software, Excel/spreadsheets).

• Sincere, punctual, and eager to learn.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
