Qualifications Proficiency in cash handling, payment processing, and managing financial transactions Customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in handling receipts, records, and inventory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage queues, and maintain professionalism under pressure Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer-facing roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service or retail management are advantageous
