Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier Customer Service representative located in Patna. The responsibilities of this role include managing customer transactions effectively, handling payment processes, issuing receipts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining an organized checkout area, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring accuracy in cash handling and inventory tracking.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cash handling, payment processing, and managing financial transactions
  • Customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling receipts, records, and inventory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage queues, and maintain professionalism under pressure
