Cashier Customer Service

As a Cashier (Team Member) at Swirlyo Fresh Frozen Yogurt, you will play a crucial role in creating amazing experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers with a friendly attitude and a big smile, engaging with them confidently to help them choose the best products. You will also be responsible for explaining new flavors, combos, and promotions to increase sales, handling billing, UPI/card transactions, and cash management efficiently, as well as maintaining a clean and professional billing counter. We are looking for individuals who possess a super confident and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills with fluency and clarity in speech, a passion for customer service and boosting sales, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
