Job Description

We are Hiring for Cashier cum Accountant at Titanium Autos BMW – Patna:

Job Title: Cashier cum Accountant

Location: BMW Titanium Autos, Patna
Salary: As per market standards
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in automobile dealership or similar accounting role

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day cash and bank transactions of the dealership.
Prepare and maintain daily cash reports and ensure accuracy in all entries.
Deposit and withdraw cash from bank as per business requirements.
Manage receipts, payments, and petty cash accounts.
Support the finance team in preparing vouchers, invoices, and reconciliations.
Maintain proper records of customer payments, credit notes, and refunds.
Coordinate with sales and service departments for billing and payment follow-up.
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, basic taxation, and reconciliation processes.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Days: 6 days a weekIndustry: Automobile Dealership (Luxury Cars)
