Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Strategy:

• Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to support the companies sales objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including direct mail, SMS, email marketing, and on-ground activations.

2. Promotional Activities:

• Develop and oversee promotional activities such as contests, discounts, and special offers to attract potential buyers.
• Manage and distribute promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

3. Digital Marketing Integration:

• Integrate BTL activities with digital marketing efforts, such as social media campaigns, PPC advertising, and content marketing.
• Utilize digital channels for localized targeting and personalized marketing efforts.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Drive lead generation initiatives through BTL channels and ensure effective follow-up processes are in place.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into property sales.

5. Budget Management:

• Manage the BTL marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Track and report on the ROI of BTL campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.

6. Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

7. Vendor Management:

• Liaise with external vendors and partners for the production of marketing materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

8. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all BTL activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to senior management.
