CASA Acquisition:
Drive the acquisition of new
CASA and liability accounts
through effective field sales, referrals, and cold-calling efforts.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed branch liability sales and revenue targets.
Compliance & KYC:
Ensure strict adherence to
KYC
, AML, and all internal regulatory policies in daily operations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships within the branch network.
Product Cross-Selling:
Effectively cross-sell other financial products, including insurance and mutual funds.
