Role- Sr.Consultant Location -Bangalore Mode- Hybrid (3 days from office) The successful applicant will be integrated into the internal recruitment function, specifically within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team & will be hrihing IT & No IT recruiter ,account manager,sales manager,content writer,assesment manager,HR executive,finanace executive.etc, Responsibilities will encompass the recruitment of personnel for diverse roles, including but not limited to-Information Technology and Non-Information Technology Recruiters, Finance Executives, Sales-Business Development Managers, and Account Managers. Proficienc y in candidate sourcing through established job boards, LinkedIn, and various social media platforms is essential. The position requires the ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities. Effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders are paramount. Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite.
