Your Role What Youll Do:

Strategic Sales Executive Recruitment

• Build and manage key client relationships in the recruitment and staffing domain
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand client hiring needs
• Present tailored recruitment solutions to clients and convert leads into business
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience
• Contribute to revenue growth and strategic business expansion

What Were Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience

  in Investment Banking Business Operations
• Excellent

  academic track record

  : Minimum 80% in Math & 85% in English (10th & 12th)
• Strong

  analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to

  transition into recruitment and sales

• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Chennai

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
