Role Overview: As the Placement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a robust placement strategy aligned with industry trends and student aspirations. You will be driving innovation in placement approaches, building and strengthening relationships with corporates, and leading employer engagement initiatives. Your role will also involve team leadership, alumni relations, student readiness, data management, and ensuring process compliance and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a placement strategy aligned with industry trends and student aspirations. - Define and monitor placement targets, company portfolio, and role diversity across sectors. - Build and strengthen long-term relationships with corporates, recruiters, and industry bodies. - Lead employer engagement initiatives including pre-placement talks, corporate conclaves, and networking events. - Manage and mentor the central and campus-level placement teams. - Design and implement training modules to enhance student employability. - Maintain accurate and real-time placement dashboards, reports, and analytics. - Ensure adherence to placement protocols, recruiter policies, and student code of conduct. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in placement management or related fields. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and networking abilities. - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
