Career Services Manager

As a member of Imarticus Learnings Career Services team, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: - Identify, grow, and manage relationships with leading corporates in analytics and FSD firms. - Obtain firm commitments from companies to hire Imarticus trained and certified learners. - Trusted Corporate Partner: - Become a trusted partner for corporate hiring needs, specifically in the areas of talent supply in data science and analytics. - Offer potential solutions to meet the corporate's hiring requirements. - Initiatives with Partners: - Conceptualize and lead initiatives with Partners to generate regular opportunities for our students, such as job fairs. - Develop a strong network of clients in the data science/analytics sector for both freshers and experienced professionals. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes for partners and students. Qualifications: - Passion for the ed-tech/education sector. - Previous experience in establishing relationships with leaders in HR, TA, learning & development, and training within large corporates, primarily in the finance vertical. - Demonstrated abilities in business development, negotiation, and communication. - Proven track record of successful execution and turning ideas into reality.
