Responsibilities


  • Supervise and schedule front desk staff, ensuring proper coverage and professional service at all times.
  • Greet and assist visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure front desk operations comply with policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain records, logs, and databases related to guest visits, calls, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor front office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception areas are tidy, well-maintained, and welcoming.
