As a part of Imarticus Learnings Career Services team, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: - Identify, grow, and manage relationships with leading corporates in analytics and FSD firms. - Obtain firm commitments from companies to hire Imarticus trained and certified learners. - Become a trusted partner for corporate hiring needs: - Provide talent supply solutions for data science and analytics roles. - Offer potential services in the stream of data science and analytics. - Conceptualize and lead initiatives with Partners: - Create a regular stream of opportunities for in-house students through job fairs and other activities. - Develop a good network of clients in the data science/analytics sector for freshers and lateral audience. - Work closely with cross-functional teams: - Collaborate with teams to ensure successful outcomes for partners and students. Qualifications required for this role: - Passionate about the ed-tech/education sector. - Prior relationships with leaders in HR, TA, learning & development, and training within large corporates and enterprises, primarily in the finance vertical. - Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills. - A go-getter with a track record of successful execution and turning good ideas into reality.
