Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual career counseling sessions to assess needs and provide tailored guidance.
Assist individuals in setting realistic and achievable career goals.
Provide guidance on resume writing, cover letter creation, and interview techniques.
Offer insights into various career paths and industry trends.
Help individuals develop job search strategies and networking skills.
Provide ongoing support and encouragement to individuals throughout their career journey.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Counselling).
Proven experience in career counselling or mentoring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources.

Experience with online career platforms and resources.
Knowledge of current job market trends and industry demands.
