Career Counselor

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess learners’ interests, skills, goals, and challenges.
• Guide students in choosing suitable UG/PG programs, certifications, or diploma courses.
• Support learners with enrollment eligibilities, application deadlines, and admission procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes on CRM portals.
• Ensure high levels of student engagement, satisfaction, and program completion.
• Strive to achieve monthly and weekly enrollment targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in career counseling, student advising, or EdTech support roles.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide learners from diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms, online learning journeys, and job market trends is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
