Career Counselor

• Serve as the face of the institution for prospective students and parents — respond to queries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and financial aid options.
• Assist students and their families in completing and submitting admission application forms and required documentation
• Organize and participate in high school visits, college fairs, webinars, and recruitment events to promote the institution’s brand.
• Provide personalized counseling to students on course selection, career paths, and admission strategy.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Counseling, or any relevant field.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, or education consulting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and school counselors.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks / follow up with leads.
• Familiarity with CRM systems / lead-management tools.
• Ability to travel locally for school / college visits and recruitment fairs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Target-driven mindset, with experience in lead conversion and enrollment metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,801.65 - ₹30,315.90 per month
