Role Description

Techno Brainz is seeking an entry-level Career Counselor for a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in career planning, development, and management. Daily tasks include providing personalized counseling sessions, assisting with career goal setting, guiding resume building, and helping students enroll in training programs. The role also involves communicating effectively with candidates to understand their aspirations and align them with suitable career pathways.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development Sales.
• Experience in Student Counseling and get admissions in courses.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to engage with diverse individuals
• Ability to guide student career planning and foster personal growth
• Familiarity with the digital landscape and understanding modern career opportunities is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
