Role Summary:

Career Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on pilot training programs, eligibility, and career outcomes.
• Explain course structures, training options (India & Abroad), scholarship opportunities, and DGCA guidelines.
• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into admissions through empathetic, transparent guidance.
• Represent PilotsPathway during seminars, webinars, school/college events, and student orientations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and academic support.
• Maintain accurate student data and counseling records using CRM or internal tools.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any field (Education, Aviation, Psychology preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Empathetic, confident, and student-centric approach.
• Basic understanding of aviation/pilot training (training will be provided).
