Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor located in Jaipur. The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through their educational journey, providing career counseling, and supporting them in their pursuit of aviation careers. Daily tasks include consulting with students, conducting counseling sessions, assisting with educational planning, and maintaining communication with students and their families. The role requires interaction with various stakeholders to ensure students receive the best guidance.

Qualifications

• Skills in Educational Consulting and Career Counseling
• Experience in Student Counseling and Education
• Proficiency in Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a supportive mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Jaipur
