Education Counselor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable academic programs. The role involves counseling, lead conversion, admission support, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on courses, universities, admission processes, eligibility, and career opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs accordingly
• Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate information and follow-ups
• Maintain student data and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, application submission, and onboarding
• Address student queries related to fees, exams, schedules, and academic support
• Participate in admission events, webinars, and campus drives
• Provide post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline; Education/Management preferred)
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
