RLT Edzaro Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Female Telecallers to join our team across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling students, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Position: Female Telecaller

Location:kodambakkam ,Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Explain course details clearly based on the respective department (IT, CA, IAS, Tally, Banking/Railway/Group Exams).
• Maintain follow-up calls for leads and convert them into admissions.
• Provide accurate information regarding course fees, duration, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Maintain daily call records and update the CRM.
• Coordinate with counsellors and academic teams for smooth admission processing.
• Handle queries with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Degree.
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Prior experience in telecalling / counselling is preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emailing, data entry).
• Pleasant voice, convincing ability, and customer approach.
