Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic counseling and education guidance to students interested in higher education programs.
• Explain various UG/PG courses, university options, eligibility, curriculum, fees, and career outcomes clearly to prospective students.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and student queries to drive enrollment.
• Convert student inquiries into successful admissions for partner universities.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, student reports, follow-up logs, and status updates.

Required Skills:

• Any graduation or post graduation degree.
• Experience : 0-3yrs. (Freshers can also apply)
• Prior experience in student counseling, academic counseling, education sales, or EdTech admissions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with strong closing and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
