Key Responsibilities: Academic Profiling: Analyze prospective students' educational records (10th/12th grades/NEET scores/other certifications) to determine their eligibility for admission to Italian Medical Universities. Student Recruitment for IMAT 2026 Coaching: Conduct deep-dive counseling sessions (video/call) with parents and students to explain the Merit Pathshala ecosystem (IMAT Coaching + Visa Support). Convert leads into enrollments for the IMAT 2026 Coaching (1st batch IMAT Excellence). Counselling NEET Student: Explain the timeline of the "5-Phase Journey" (from Foundation to Visa) and clarify the differences between IMAT and NEET. Sharing Information About ITALY Education Policy and 100% Scholarship: Address queries regarding the Italian education system, provision of 100% scholarships, safety, and post-degree opportunities in Europe vs. India. Follow-ups: Maintain a CRM of prospective leads and ensure timely follow-ups without being pushy, maintaining the institute's premium brand image. Required Qualifications & Skills: A female career counsellor will be preferred. Experience: Freshers are allowed. Preference will be given to 2-5 years in Ed-Tech Sales, Study Abroad Counseling, or Career Guidance. Knowledge: Familiarity with MBBS abroad, NEET, or European education systems is a strong plus. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Empathy: Ability to handle anxious parents and stressed students with patience. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE The Employee acknowledges that the database of leads (student phone numbers/emails) is the exclusive property of Merit Pathshala. Data Theft: Copying, sharing, or selling student data to competitors or third parties is a criminal offense and will lead to immediate termination and legal action. NON-COMPETE During the term of employment and for 12 months post-termination, the Employee shall not divert Merit Pathshala leads to any other coaching institute or study abroad consultancy. TERMINATION OF SERVICE Probation: The first 3 months are a probation period. Notice Period: After confirmation, either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice or salary in lieu thereof. Cause: The Employer may terminate employment immediately without notice in cases of data theft, fraud, or gross misconduct.
