Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counselor based in Meerut, with some work from home flexibility. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, career development, and career management services to high school and intermediate students. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, administering and interpreting psychometric assessments, developing personalized career plans, and guiding students in their educational and professional choices.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience with psychometric assessment tools is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
