Career Counselor

We are seeking a dynamic and student-friendly Academic Counselor to guide aspiring students towards career-oriented courses in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, and Multimedia. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for education and career counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Call and follow up on new leads generated via inquiries, campaigns, and digital platforms.

🎓 Guide students and parents about various career options in Animation, VFX, and Graphic Design.

📊 Maintain a daily lead conversion tracker, CRM updates, and inquiry records.

🗓️ Schedule counseling appointments (online/offline) and conduct one-on-one counseling sessions.

📢 Explain course structures, curriculum, faculty info, and career scope in detail.

📈 Work towards achieving enrollment targets and increasing admission numbers.

🤝 Build a strong rapport with walk-in inquiries and maintain a follow-up system.

📍 Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, webinars, and seminars as required.

Requirements:

🎓 Graduation in any stream (Preferred: Mass Media, Education, Design, or Marketing).

🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🧠 Knowledge or interest in Animation, VFX, or Design is a plus.

🧑‍💻 Familiarity with CRM software or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
