Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through personal network, outreach, or online engagement
Counsel students and working professionals about suitable study abroad or international job programs
Understand individual goals and recommend appropriate solutions
Own the entire conversion cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in the education, study abroad, or career counseling domain
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Ability to work independently and generate own leads
Comfortable working remotely on a freelance basis
Passionate about helping others achieve their global career/study goals

Compensation

Purely commission-based role
Earn 30% to 40% of the revenue generated through your conversions
No upper limit on earnings the more you convert, the more you earn
